Find → fix → done

Finding an issue is useful. Fixing it is the part that gives you your afternoon back.

That is the idea behind Mopsy Auto Fix. Mopsy can inspect an email, identify the problems it finds, and make the corrections for you. Instead of turning every QA result into another manual editing session, you can move directly from something is wrong to it is fixed.

To make the demo fair, we did the only sensible thing: we sabotaged an email first.

We deliberately introduce issues, then let Mopsy find and fix them automatically.

From a list of problems to a finished fix

Traditional QA tools stop at the report. They tell you what is broken, leave you with a list of findings, and send you back into the editor to work through each one.

That still leaves the most repetitive part of the job with the marketing operations team:

  • finding the correct element in the email;
  • deciding what the intended version should be;
  • making the edit without disturbing the surrounding layout; and
  • checking the result again.

Auto Fix closes that loop. Mopsy does not only point at the damage. She can act on it.

Field note

The important shift

The output of QA no longer has to be a to-do list. It can be a corrected email that is ready for a human to review.

What Auto Fix changes

Auto Fix is designed for the awkward gap between automated checking and real campaign production. It turns Mopsy's understanding of the email into useful, concrete edits.

Find the issue

Mopsy examines the email and identifies what needs attention rather than waiting for someone to locate every problem manually.

Make the correction

Mopsy applies the fix inside the email, reducing the repetitive editing work that normally follows a QA pass.

Keep the hand-off

The result remains a normal, editable Eloqua email. Your team can review it, adjust it, and take over whenever needed.

Move faster

Small fixes stop accumulating into a long pre-launch clean-up session, helping campaigns move from review to ready more quickly.

Automatic does not mean invisible

The goal is not to hide changes from your team. It is to remove the mechanical work while keeping you firmly in control.

When Mopsy suggests a fix, you get a side-by-side view of the original email and the proposed version. You can see exactly what changed, review the result in context, and approve the changes before anything is published.

Mopsy also works in Eloqua's normal editor, so there is no strange parallel version of the email and no locked black box. You can approve the fix, make your own adjustments, or hand the email to another stakeholder exactly as you would with an email built manually.

That matters because good marketing operations automation should make collaboration easier—not ask the team to surrender control. Mopsy does the repetitive work; you remain the person who decides what goes live.

Sabotage is optional 😂

We broke the demo email on purpose to make Auto Fix easy to see. You do not, thankfully, need to appoint an official email saboteur to get value from it.

In real campaign work, the issues usually arrive without the theatrical villain. They show up as the wrong image, an inconsistent treatment, an accidental edit, or one more tiny detail that slips through during a busy launch.

The useful part is the same: whether the damage was caused by a mysterious hooded figure or someone making “one last quick change” five minutes before launch, Mopsy can find the issue and help finish the job.
